Client: ULedger
ULedger is a startup based in Boise Idaho that provides private blockchain solutions utilizing a proprietary blockchain technology.
The Proposal
ULedger had focused development time building the back end of their proprietary private blockchain technology and was in need of a flexible interface to interact with it.
The hope was to develop an interface that was simple and designed in a way that could be adapted by future clients as a starting point to interact with their ULedger blockchains.
The Outcome
I was tasked with designing the UI and selecting the the front end technology to develop the application. The decision was made to use a React/Node technology stack to implement the front end UI and create a "white label" code base that would be the basis for clients to utilize and expand on to create the interfaces needed to manipulate their private blockchains.
The design process was driven by competitive analysis, usability research, and best practices for similar applications and data representation. The UI consists of the base functions and a reusable component structure to accommodate most use cases for the product.
